Multimedia is the use of graphics, text, video,
audio and animation in an integrated way that enhances and increases
the dissemination and understanding of information. It is the
goal of the Foundation and its Editorial Staff to keep pace
with the rapid growth of technology as a tool that will make
available to everyone information on Free Frank and New Philadelphia.
Each quarter we will feature and recommend books, periodicals
and articles that are in a that have relevance and scholarly
